As oiling-lubricating- the cam is essential and with a second failure I would look for a partially plugged or blocked oil passage to the head or from the head to the cam cam followers. Look carefully at the manual to follow the oil flow from the filter up and verify with air pressure or oil pressure good flow to all points. Also most cams need a moly grease prelube on all surfaces and the same with the followers so they don't ever run dry until oil gets there. Many automotive cams have been ruined because this step was ignored. The cam is probably the most difficult place in the engine to oil the wedging action as the cam starts to open a valve is high and the oil or other lube has to be there or metal to metal contact will occur and the oil never can replace that torn metal. I'd also find out more why there are 3 cam parts numbers, they may be tied to engine serial numbers and be slightly different between them. Max
